Yosi Yair – Founder & CEO

Hi, I’m Yosi Yair, the founder of Level Plus, husband of Hodaya, and father of Idan. 

I live in Netanya, Israel, and have been working in SEO and digital marketing for over 5 years.
I previously worked as the SEO manager at an Israeli company, focusing on projects in the U.S. and Canada. Then, I decided to open my own company, and for the past three years, this is what I’ve been doing. We help business owners in the U.S. and Canada increase their leads and sales.

I opened Level Plus because I saw how many businesses were paying for SEO without really understanding what they were getting. Complicated reports, slow processes, confusing communication. I knew I could build something better for clients and for the team working with me.

Each client has a unique WhatsApp group, we provide very personal service, and if needed, we’ll log into a computer outside of working hours to get things done. I’m always passionate about researching; every new update in the marketing world, I investigate and apply it across all our clients.
For example, LLMS.TXT is essentially a file that helps AI engines understand what’s on our site. I was one of the first to discover this and even created a guide about it on the website.
